Privacy Notice
This notice explains which personal data is processed when you use SPERMAGEDDON (spermageddon.com), in line with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data controller

2. What we process
- Guest player ID: a random ID is created in your browser the first time you play. We don't ask for your name, e-mail or phone.
- Game data: your nickname, chosen colour and accessory, match results, points, badges and league ranking.
- If you save your account: your e-mail address; with Google or Discord, the account ID, e-mail and display name they share with us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser details and request times in server logs, to run and secure the site.
- Settings stored in your browser: language, sound, music, outfit and session (local storage). We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- To run the game, record match results, and show your profile and league ranking (performance of a contract).
- To prevent cheating and abuse and keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Who receives it
Your data is never sold or shared for advertising. We use these providers to run the game: Cloudflare (hosting, online rooms, security) and Supabase (account and game database). If you sign up with Google or Discord, the sign-in happens through them. These providers may store data outside Turkey; transfers are limited to what is needed to provide the service and covered by contractual safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
Game data is kept while your account exists. Write to us any time to have it deleted. Security logs are kept briefly and then deleted.
6. Children
The game is not aimed at children under 13. If you notice a child under 13 has saved an account, write to us and we'll delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask whether your data is processed, request details, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object to processing, and claim compensation for damage. Write to info@spermageddon.com; we reply within 30 days.
